Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Lending to lead a talented team, oversee complex loan activities, and help shape the growth of our commercial portfolio in the region.

You will build strong client relationships, negotiate loan terms, review applications, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality lending solutions that meet community needs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial lending experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• Formal credit training and strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting business development goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Day in the Life:

No two days look exactly the same. You might start your morning meeting with prospective clients to discuss financing options, spend your afternoon reviewing loan applications with your credit team, and end the day strategizing on how to expand into new markets. Along the way, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the bank to ensure clients get the best solutions possible.
