Job summary

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a senior Commercial Finance leader to build and lead the organization as it prepares for its first commercial launch.

The VP will shape the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, analytics and decision support for commercialization and future portfolio growth. This role reports to the CFO and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous financial analysis informs the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA or CPA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of finance experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Finance strategy and launch-readiness for Celldex’s first commercial launch.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Sales and Supply Chain to develop financial plans and governance.
• Translate commercial strategy into budgets, forecasts and ROIs.
• Own GTN and pricing analytics supporting launch decisions.
• Develop scalable processes, systems and analytics for future indications and products.
• Provide clear financial insights to CFO and executive leadership.
