Job summary
Celldex is seeking a strategic Vice President of Commercial Finance to build and lead the Commercial Finance organization as it prepares for its first full commercial launch in Hampton, NJ. You will partner with Commercial leadership to shape financial strategy, planning, forecasting and analytics essential to scale the business and support future portfolio growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep biopharma launch experience, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive financial discipline
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading Commercial Finance, including launch readiness and GTN forecasting.
- Strong collaboration with Commercial, Market Access and Accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead Celldex’s Commercial Finance organization to support launch and growth.
- Partner with CCO and leadership to provide financial insight and decision support.
- Translate strategy into budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, GTN analytics, pricing, and contracting finance.
- Develop scalable processes, systems and analytics for future indications and products.
