Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• MBA, CPA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
• Significant leadership experience within Commercial Finance, including responsibility for building and leading teams.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology product launches is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Celldex’s Commercial Finance organization to support first launch and future growth.
• Serve as the primary Finance partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership team.
• Translate commercial strategy into financial plans, forecasts and performance expectations.
• Provide financial leadership across launch planning, pricing, access, channel strategy, and contracting finance.
• Establish a Commercial Finance organization that operates as an integrated business partner with strong governance.
• Partner with CFO and Corporate FP&A to integrate commercial plans into annual budget and long-range plan.
• Develop scalable processes and analytics to support additional indications and launches.
• Provide executives with clear financial perspectives on opportunities, risks and investments.
