Job summary

Arizona Cardinals’ Rawhide Development is hiring a Vice President, Commercial Development to lead the district from master plan to delivery. You will own the commercial engine, orchestrating transactions, feasibility, pre‑development, and infrastructure planning while ensuring alignment with district value and long‑term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial real estate development experience on large multi‑phase projects.
• Proven record of negotiation and deal execution across land sales, ground leases, and joint ventures.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, entitlements, and development pro formas.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions, ground leases, land sales, and joint ventures.
• Oversee master planning, infrastructure sequencing, and phasing with planners and engineers.
• Drive pre‑development, feasibility, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Coordinate with finance, capital partners, and external advisors on financing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with City staff, brokers, and Ownership.
