Job summary
Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a Director of Development Finance for the Rawhide Project. You will lead the master pro forma, underwriting, and capital structuring for a 217-acre mixed-use development, working directly with senior leadership and external partners.
The role requires hands-on ownership of financial analyses, coordination with finance, legal, and project teams, and discretion handling sensitive information. In-person work at the Cardinals facility in the Phoenix area.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
- Hands-on, independent contributor with strong discretion.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the master development pro forma across multi‑phase projects.
- Underwrite components: rents, costs, escalations, operating expenses, and exits.
- Model land residuals, test land-use scenarios, and stress tests.
- Model JV waterfalls, equity waterfalls, and capital accounting.
