Job summary
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club/Rawhide Development seeks a Director, Development Finance to lead the master pro forma, underwriting, and capital structuring for the Rawhide project. This role requires a hands-on, independent contributor who will build and manage complex financial models and participate in high-level decision-making.
You will collaborate with CFO and CEO, oversee market feasibility, and support lender and partner negotiations in a multi-phase mixed-use development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business is required.
- Advanced degree or professional designation (CFA/CCIM/CAIA) preferred.
- Hands-on, independent contributor with strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the master development pro forma for Rawhide.
- Underwrite rents, costs, escalations, and project returns.
- Model land-use mixes, phasing, and capital stacks for various scenarios.
- Support discussions with lenders, partners, and public agencies.
