Ladders is assisting a client in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech sector to find a Vice President, Commercial Counsel. This senior legal partner will guide the commercial org in compliant product launches and ongoing commercialization. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually. The role focuses on payer, trade, distribution, and patient support matters, balancing legal risk with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing in at least one US state
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
• Expertise in market access, trade, and distribution, plus patient support programs
• Experience advising on complex commercial arrangements for product launches
• Familiarity with HCP engagements, sales, marketing programs, and material review

Aufgaben

• Advise on payer and PBM engagement and market access initiatives
• Counsel on trade and distribution strategies and related contracts
• Support patient assistance programs and related compliance considerations
• Act as trusted legal advisor to the commercial team pre- and post-launch
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess risks and develop compliant solutions
• Draft and negotiate agreements and create scalable legal frameworks for commercialization
• Manage issues promptly and navigate evolving priorities in a hands-on manner
