Job summary

Landmark National Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Officer, VP to originate and service a profitable portfolio of commercial loans and treasury management services. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, collaborate with bank divisions, and contribute to branch and regional goals.

The role emphasizes business development (30–40%) and portfolio management, with focus on delivering exceptional service, confidentiality, and strong financial judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous commercial banking experience preferred.
• Portfolio and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with all customers, prospective customers, team members, and community partners.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer and prospect needs with prompt and timely responses.
• Learn and execute the Landmark National Bank sales process to win commercial loans and treasury management opportunities.
• Cross-sell various commercial banking and treasury management services as appropriate.
• Demonstrate sound business judgement when collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• Be an engaged participant as a voting member on a regional loan committee.
