Landmark National Bank in Fort Scott, KS is seeking a Commercial Banking Officer to originate and service a profitable portfolio of commercial loans and treasury management services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or related field is preferred.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Basic financial analytical skills.
• Planning and time management skills.
• Understanding of basic PC programs (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospective customers, team members, and community partners.
• Provide customer service by supporting the Landmark National Bank commitment to community service and timely responsiveness.
• Participate in outreach to current and prospective customers while learning bank profitability, growth and risk management objectives.
• Learn the Landmark National Bank sales process to win commercial loans and treasury management opportunities.
• Learn basics of collecting and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions.
• Learn various banking products and services and identify cross-sale opportunities.
• Participate on a regional loan committee.
• Learn and comply with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to achieve goals.
• Engage in culture initiatives and team success activities.
• Represent Landmark National Bank in the community.
