Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record driving revenue in retail media, commerce media, digital advertising, adtech, agency, media platform, or performance marketing businesses.
• Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 brands and agency holding companies, with direct experience managing senior advertiser and agency relationships.
• Deep understanding of advertiser needs across performance media, retail media, commerce media, audience activation, measurement, attribution, incrementality, and return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

• Advertiser Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership: Own the North American advertiser revenue target for MCM and deliver against quarterly and annual commitments.
• Brand, Agency & Demand-Side Relationship Leadership: Lead senior-level engagement with Fortune 500 advertisers, agency holding companies, independent agencies, trade desks, and other demand-side decision makers.
• Sales Execution & Operating Rigor: Establish a disciplined advertiser sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast management, deal inspection, win/loss analysis, and executive readouts.
