Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Product Manager for Real Identity Cloud-Native Applications to lead strategy and execution across cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and AWS. You will own packaging, deployment, and go-to-market strategies for secure, privacy-conscious identity solutions within client cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to guide product strategy and execution across multi-platform environments.
• Experience translating identity assets into secure, scalable cloud-native apps.
• Strong collaboration with sales, finance, legal, marketing, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure revenue reporting accuracy.
• Understand client pricing models and data structures to ensure correct revenue processing.
• Serve as operational contact for data validation, issue resolution, and reporting timelines.
• Partner with internal and external teams to translate inquiries into actionable analyses.
• Analyze revenue usage and identify data discrepancies, leakage, and risks.
• Coordinate with platform partners to establish robust API/data connections.
• Clean and integrate multi-source datasets to improve data quality and audit readiness.
• Support monthly revenue operations with on-time reporting within SLAs.
• Produce client-ready reporting outputs and internal performance summaries.
• Craft narratives and slides that explain analytical findings and business implications.
• Identify onboarding and reporting workflow improvements to reduce friction.
