Synchrony seeks a VP, Senior Cloud Data Architect & Migration Leader to drive enterprise-scale cloud data migration and modernization across complex platforms. You will define roadmaps, governance, and reusable frameworks, partnering with executives to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape data products, leverage AI, and ensure security, risk management, and regulatory compliance while optimizing performance and user experiences across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field; 8+ years experience in IT/data
• 5+ years leading data platform modernization, cloud migration, or large-scale tech transformation
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving cloud-native data platforms, lakehouse and data mesh
• Proven experience defining roadmaps, migration strategies, and measurable business outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise cloud data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution across modernization initiatives
• Define adoption strategies and value roadmaps for cloud data platforms and data products
• Provide architecture direction across data platforms, lakehouse, data mesh, and analytics
• Lead executive communications, status reviews, and cross-functional alignment
