Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in IT/data architecture or related roles.
- 5+ years leading data platform modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
- Experience guiding enterprise roadmaps, adoption strategies, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cloud data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution across modernization initiatives.
- Define and manage strategic vision, capabilities, and value roadmap for cloud data platforms and products.
- Provide leadership across cloud data platforms, lakehouse, data mesh, and AI/analytics ecosystems.
