Simulations Plus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacometrics to lead cross-functional project teams through study design, model development, simulations, and results presentation.

This remote role focuses on guiding client engagements and ensuring regulatory-compliant pharmacometric analyses. You will mentor scientists, collaborate with clinical pharmacology, and contribute to workshops, proposals, and strategic modeling directions across biopharma programs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of population PK and PK/PD modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Monolix, NONMEM, and R.
• Strong presentations and client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Independently develop and evaluate complex models and simulations.
• Lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support client requests.
• Build partnerships with clients; provide strategic input and advice.
• Provide strategic direction regarding integration of modeling and simulation results.
• Assist in teaching workshops and providing training.
• Mentor junior scientists; may supervise assigned scientists.
• Promote software and consulting offerings; assist in proposals and scopes.
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
• Consult with clients on study design through development and evaluation of models.
• Provide insight into optimal use of modeling and simulation in drug development.
• Communicate and present modeling results to clients clearly.
• Use state-of-the-art software to develop and apply PK, PK/PD and exposure-response models.
• Formulate data analysis plans and data requirements ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Perform model-based simulations addressing critical development questions.
• Write pharmacometric reports and regulatory documents.
• Utilize internal resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Share scientific knowledge with staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
