Qualifications

• PhD in pharmacometrics or related field.
• Proven experience leading pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology services.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support scientific staff across pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology services.
• Define long-term business strategy and grow consulting offerings.
• Manage direct reports, career planning, and performance evaluation.
• Drive revenue targets and project profitability through scientific leadership.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure high-quality scientific outputs.
• Develop new business opportunities and guide client discussions on strategy and MIDD implementation.
• Represent department in client meetings and regulatory discussions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
