Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmacometrics related experience preferred.
• 10+ years of Population PK and PK/PD modeling experience preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Great organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support scientific staff with consulting projects.
• Define long-term business strategy for pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology services.
• Manage and lead direct reports with day-to-day activities, career planning, and performance management.
• Ensure revenue targets and yield through scientific leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee scientific aspects of company projects and act as senior scientific reviewer.
• Serve as primary contact for new business development in pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology.
