Job summary

Lumira Search seeks a visionary VP of Clinical AI to lead strategy, development, and validation of AI-powered clinical tools. You will shape the product direction, align clinical needs with model design, and drive responsible AI practices across safety, efficacy, and regulatory readiness.

Reporting to the C-Suite, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and informaticists, partner with product, regulatory, and health-system stakeholders, and influence clinical

Qualifications

• Clinical background required (MD, DO, NP or equivalent).
• Extensive AI/ML experience in healthcare.
• Experience building or scaling clinical AI products.
• Experience with regulatory pathways for AI/ML-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the clinical AI roadmap and translate clinical needs into model design.
• Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and informaticists.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and regulatory teams to ensure safety and validation.
• Represent company with health system partners, payers, and regulators.
