Job summary

IQ BackOffice is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead executive client partnerships, drive retention, and expand wallet share across the portfolio. This role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Operations, Sales, and Product to deliver measurable value.

You will manage a team of client services professionals, oversee strategic business reviews with CFOs and senior finance leaders, and ensure top-tier service across U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Services, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Relationship Leadership within BPO or F&A services.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level client portfolios.
• Proven track record of driving client retention and account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own executive portfolio ownership and sponsor strategic, high-value accounts.
• Lead Client Services team and establish KPIs and governance.
• Drive retention and structured account expansion in partnership with Sales.
• Oversee renewal negotiations and pricing strategy for key accounts.
• Collaborate with global delivery leadership to align expectations with execution.
