Job summary

Envision Horizons is a fully remote-friendly agency accelerating eCommerce growth for brands across Amazon, Walmart, and other networks. As VP of Client Services, you will lead client-facing teams, scale the client lifecycle, and drive LTV and NRR while aligning Creative and Logistics to execute cohesive strategies.

You’ll own strategic growth, pricing frameworks, and cross‑market expansion with an emphasis on accountability and impact.

Qualifications

10+ years in client services or leadership in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agencies.
Experience with digital advertising, Amazon marketplace, or e-commerce platforms.
Ability to build standardized processes (SOWs, pricing, health scoring) with Finance/Operations.
Must have agency P&L ownership of $20M+ including budgeting and forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead client services team, driving retention and growth with high performance culture.
Align Creative and Logistics to deliver integrated client strategy and growth.
Design and enforce repeatable client protocols to raise LTV and NRR.
Oversee full client lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention across service lines.
Act as executive contact for key clients, identify growth opportunities.
Scale capabilities beyond Amazon into additional marketplaces.
