Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Corporate or Conventional Trust or related financial services operations.
• Strong expertise in trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and client service.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Experience managing operational risk, controls, compliance, and issue escalation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end trade processing function through settlement, ensuring accurate execution, strong operational controls, effective risk management, and high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, stakeholders, and operational issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Oversee team performance, workload planning, coaching, and talent development, while driving continuous process improvement, root cause resolution, and operational excellence.
• Partner with business leaders on change initiatives and advance digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased straight-through processing (STP).
