Job summary

Pathstone, a growing wealth management firm, seeks a Vice President, Client Advisory to develop new client relationships and expand an advisory practice serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, family offices, and foundations. The role offers a structured training program starting in late summer 2027 in Pathstone’s NYC office and eventual placement at a Pathstone location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 65 within 90 days of employment; advanced degree (MBA, JD or equivalent) by start date preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a growing client base and advisory practice.
• Present investment and planning strategies to UHNW clients and centers of influence.
• Prepare IPS and customized portfolios aligned with client goals.
• Oversee portfolio construction, rebalancing, and ongoing client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements and office operations.
