Job summary

Pathstone is seeking a Vice President, Client Advisory to originate new client relationships and grow an advisory practice for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will manage client engagements, craft IPS, and supervise advisory activities across the client lifecycle.

Participants will join a cohort training program in late summer 2027 in New York City, then transition to an assigned Pathstone office to build your own practice with support from a growth plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 65 within 90 days of employment.
• MBA or JD preferred by start date.
• 4+ years in finance with demonstrated client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand Pathstone’s client base.
• Manage and deepen relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Create and maintain investment policy statements (IPS) for clients.
• Lead mentorship and contribute to office process improvements.
• Collaborate with professionals to address tax, estate and philanthropic plans.
