Job summary

Pathstone, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Vice President, Client Advisory to cultivate the next generation of business development and advisory leaders. You will originate new client relationships, grow an advisory practice, and become a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, foundations, and endowments.

Working with Directors and Leaders, you will engage across the full client lifecycle, from prospecting to investment planning and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 65 within 90 days of employment.
• MBA or JD is preferred by start date.
• 4+ years of experience in finance with client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Pathstone's local client base and market share.
• Manage and grow client relationships, acting as trusted advisor.
• Prepare investment policy statements and portfolio constructions.
• Collaborate with professionals to align tax, estate, and planning needs.
• Lead mentorship and contribute to office processes and culture.
• Identify opportunities and partner with business development teams.
