Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Citrix, VP to own end-to-end Citrix architecture and lifecycle management. You will guide Cloud-based Citrix production, collaborate with Saas Operations and engineering teams, and set standards for availability, security, and DR.

The role requires strong Citrix expertise, Azure cloud experience, and a customer-focused mindset to support global clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of operational experience supporting production systems in an Enterprise Azure cloud environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, FAS and Cloud Connectors.
• Strong understanding of load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML/SSO, and Entra ID.
• Four (4) years experience administering Windows Server, Certificate Services, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for a global client base.
• Resolve priority incidents quickly, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with onboarding clients including provisioning, connectivity, identity integration and security configuration.
• Ensure high service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation.
• Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for Citrix environments in Azure.
• Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to streamline support and troubleshooting processes.

Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Citrix, VP

Who we are looking for

Charles River provides an end-to-end solution to automate investment management functions across asset classes on a single platform. Delivered as a hosted service, the solution improves data quality and investment professional productivity, controls risk and lowers technology costs. The selected candidate will own end-to-end architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management of Citrix platform. They will provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and Charles River Saas Operations teams on all aspects of our cloud-based production Citrix Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for our large and complex base of global clients.
• Assist in resolving priority incidents to quickly eliminate impacts, participate in root-cause analysis, and support subsequent corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist with onboarding of clients, including environment provisioning, customer connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration.
• Ensure highest levels of service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation with strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for our Citrix environments in Azure
• Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline support and troubleshooting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Four (4) years of Operational experience supporting mission critical production systems in an Enterprise-level Azure cloud environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML / Single Sign-On, and Entra Id
• Four (4) years experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics
• A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• IT Certifications such as Citrix, Microsoft Azure
• Experience with PowerShell scripting

Salary Range:
$120,000 – $202,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
