Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a senior leader to head the Americas Change Management (BCM) portfolio. This executive will govern strategic programs, client implementations, and WMS upgrades across North America and LATAM, driving adoption, value realization, and standardized processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain role with extensive leadership responsibilities.
Proven leadership of senior teams and cross‑regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the Americas change portfolio for strategic programs and client implementations.
Land the WMS transition strategy and roadmaps across the Americas.
Regional governance and cadence; run BCM forums and reviews.
Oversee BCM teams across Canada and LATAM; ensure best practices.
Localization to Americas languages, cultures, and regulations while protecting global standards.
Champion enterprise grade services and standards across regions.
Drive governance, reporting, and risk management for the change portfolio.
