HCA North Texas Division is seeking a visionary Vice President of Cardiovascular and Neurosciences to provide strategic leadership across our division’s cardiovascular and neuroscience services. You will drive growth, governance, and collaboration with hospitals and physicians to advance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
The role emphasizes fiscal oversight, program development, and cross-functional leadership within a large multi-hospital system in the Dallas area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience.
- Experience building programs and navigating complex physician and market dynamics across multiple facilities.
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships across service lines, at both hospital and clinic level.
- Strong strategic growth focus vs. operational acumen.
- Experience building programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Cardiovascular and Neurosciences operations.
- Oversee financial viability of initiatives and budgets.
- Lead governance structures across hospitals and physicians.
- Collaborate with department leaders at hospital and clinic levels.
- Represent the division to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and business development proposals.
