Job summary

Valley Health System seeks an AVP, Cardiovascular Service Line to lead system-wide strategy and growth across cardiovascular programs. This role partners with the Cardiovascular Service Line Chair to drive access, quality, and patient experience while coordinating across ambulatory and inpatient settings.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of value-based care, with responsibility for operational and financial performance, research alignment, and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or hospital administration/business administration.
• Master's degree in health or hospital administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide strategy across cardiovascular programs.
• Drive growth, access, and patient experience for the CV service line.
• Oversee financial, operational, and workforce performance; coordinate with ambulatory and inpatient entities.
