Job summary

Advantage Recruiting Group is seeking a Vice President of Capital Projects & Facilities Management to lead capital construction, facilities operations, and regulatory compliance across multiple senior living campuses. You will drive strategic capital improvements, oversee design, construction, and activation, and ensure safety, budget, and timelines align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive leadership in capital projects and facilities management.
• Experience with large capital budgets and complex campuses.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for campus properties and related operations.
• Lead all phases of capital project management from planning to activation.
• Develop and manage capital improvement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with regulators to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Present updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
