Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President for Capital Planning and Facilities responsible for directing and coordinating daily operations of campus facilities. This role requires leading development and maintenance plans that support the university’s academic mission and driving continuous improvement operations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in facilities management, including at least 6 years in supervisory positions. Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management.
• At least 6 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of facilities planning, management, design, and construction.
