OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a senior finance leader to own the corporate capital plan and oversee end-to-end equity and debt raises. You will build a diversified provider roster, coordinate with project finance, and mentor the Finance team while representing the company to key investors and partners.

The role requires a decade-plus in capital markets, strong banking relationships, and a track record of complex financing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA or CFA a plus.
• 10+ years in capital markets (investment banking, private equity, credit or corporate finance).
• 3+ years in renewables, energy transition or infrastructure preferred.
• Proven experience leading corporate-level equity or debt raises.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the corporate capital plan, aligned to development pipeline, operating budget and liquidity targets.
• Lead all corporate equity and debt raises end to end: strategy, market positioning, investor outreach, term sheet negotiation, diligence, documentation and closing.
• Evaluate and execute strategic capital partnerships, joint ventures and co-development with institutional or strategic investors.
• Run structured processes with investment banks where engaged, and manage advisor fees and scope.
• Build and manage a diversified roster of capital providers, including banks, private credit, infrastructure and impact investors, and strategic partners.
• Own corporate capital structure analysis, including sources and uses, leverage capacity, dilution, cost of capital and runway.
• Mentor Finance team members.
• Serve as an external ambassador to represent the company’s core values to strengthen our reputation as a credible partner and thought leader with key stakeholders
