Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced leader to run the Fed and Tri-Party Settlements function in New York, overseeing U.S. Treasury, repo, and secured financing settlement across Fedwire Securities, Fedwire Funds, and Tri-Party platforms.

You will manage a team of 6–8 operations professionals, serving as the primary escalation point for Front Office trading desks and senior stakeholders, and partner with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Technology to strengthen control and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of Capital Markets Operations experience.
• Direct people management experience with formal supervisory responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in U.S. Treasury settlements and related platforms (Fedwire, Tri-Party).
• End-to-end settlement lifecycle, including fails, collateral movements, funding flows, and liquidity management.
• Experience with BNY Mellon and JPMorgan Tri-Party platforms.
• Strong knowledge of settlement risk, liquidity risk, and control frameworks.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Fed and Tri-Party Settlements across multiple platforms.
• Manage a 6-8 person operations team with direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Serve as escalation point for Front Office trading desks and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee collateral allocations/substitutions, funding flows and liquidity coordination.
• Monitor settlements, liquidity risks, and control environment; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Infrastructure to enhance front-to-back processes.
• Support regulatory readiness and scalable operating model for growth.
