Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vice President of Domestic Settlements with deep Fed and DTC settlements expertise. You will lead and develop U.S. settlements operations, manage senior client relationships, and drive improvements in controls, efficiency, and scalability.

Reporting to the Head of Settlements, you will oversee domestic settlements teams across the U.S. and offshore, deliver reliable service, and partner with technology to advance automation and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive, progressive experience in securities operations and settlements with leadership responsibility.
• Deep Fed settlements expertise; DTC settlements experience required for leadership coverage.
• Strong track record in risk control, issue resolution, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic settlements operations for Fed and DTC, ensuring timely execution.
• Provide SME guidance across Fed and DTC settlements and oversee operations coverage.
• Strengthen stability by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
• Own settlement risk, reconciliations, and escalation protocols with strong controls.
• Manage senior client relationships and drive service reviews with stakeholders.
