Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vice President of Domestic Settlements to lead Fed and DTC settlements operations across U.S. and offshore teams. You will drive expert-level settlement practices, oversee client relationships, and partner with technology to enhance controls and efficiency.

The role reports to the Head of Settlements and requires deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and strong executive communication to support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Extensive, progressive experience in securities operations and settlements with leadership of client relationships.
• Deep Fed settlements expertise, including Fedwire Securities Service processes and settlement deadlines.
• Significant DTC settlements experience with oversight of workflows, fails management, reconciliations, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic settlements operations and ensure accurate, timely execution within market deadlines and SLAs.
• Serve as senior SME in Fed settlements with coverage for DTC as needed.
• Strengthen operational stability by identifying root causes and driving improvements across processes and controls.
• Oversee settlement exceptions, fails, and reconciliations, with clear escalation and risk remediation.
