Blue Star Families is seeking a visionary Vice President, Capital Campaigns & Other Campaigns to lead strategy, planning, and execution of major fundraising initiatives in the Washington, DC area. You will partner with the Chief Development Officer, President, CEO, and Board to shape the case for support, timelines, and donor stewardship across feasibility, quiet, leadership, and public phases.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in nonprofit development, proven capital campaign leadership of $10M+,

Qualificações

• 8+ years of nonprofit development experience, including direct capital or comprehensive campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead capital campaigns and meet ambitious goals.
• Experience with CRM systems and donor management.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and board.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead strategic framework for capital campaigns and other major campaigns.
• Develop gift-range charts, timelines, and phase plans.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with clear goals and milestones.
• Manage moves-management for prospects in partnership with major gifts leadership.
• Track pledges and reporting; maintain dashboards for leadership.
