GSK is seeking a senior leader to steer the global development of cancer vaccine medicines, from early development through regulatory approval and market launch. You will chair a multi-disciplinary MDT spanning clinical development, immunology, manufacturing, regulatory and medical affairs, ensuring strategic alignment with GSK’s oncology strategy.

• Advanced degree in a life sciences field with oncology drug development experience.
• Experience leading development programs from early to approval and launch.
• Strong regulatory strategy and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global, matrix teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of accountability for global cancer vaccine development from preclinical to launch.
• Lead the Medicine Development Team across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial.
• Define strategic vision and operational plans aligned with oncology strategy.
• Oversee asset resourcing, budget and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance portfolio options.
