GSK plc seeks a senior leader to drive the global development and launch strategy for a cancer vaccine asset. The role involves coordinating clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial teams to deliver across major markets.

The candidate will build and guide the MDT, align with the oncology R&D strategy, and work with internal and external stakeholders to maximize patient impact and asset value across indications.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology drug development and regulatory submissions (BLA/NDA/MAA).
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams across functions.
• Strong strategic and operational planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of accountability for global development of the cancer vaccine asset through approval and launch.
• Lead the Medicine Development Team (MDT) across disciplines including clinical, regulatory, safety and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute the asset strategy aligned with oncology R&D goals.
• Collaborate with EDTs, commercial teams and external partners to maximize asset value.
