Job summary

GT School seeks a driven leader to design, validate, and launch a scalable, AI-enhanced education model for gifted students. The role focuses on creating a prototype campus and expanding nationally, while growing the virtual GT Anywhere program alongside the existing team.

You will pilot real-world programs, cultivate parent demand, embed lasting culture, and craft operational playbooks for scale, ensuring a compelling vision becomes a reality.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with at least $1M yearly revenue owned by you.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students through experience or professional exposure.
• AI-first mentality prioritizing AI as the default solution for problem-solving at scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (minimum 1 week/month).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance education model for gifted students, starting with a prototype campus.
• Establish and validate a physical model campus, including staffing, facilities, and operations.
• Create parent communication strategies, market development plans, and expansion playbooks.
• Document and replicate quality benchmarks and cultural practices across locations.
• Serve as public ambassador for the model; generate visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
