Galaxy invites a seasoned VP Campus Construction Manager to lead the Helios campus construction program in Afton, TX. You will oversee a senior team, assure safety, schedule, and cost discipline, and serve as the executive on-site accountable for multi-phase delivery from preconstruction through turnover to operations.

You will manage cross-functional leaders, coordinate with procurement and logistics, ensure quality, and drive lean, prefabrication, and OFCI equipment integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership of multi-phase campus developments and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site construction team across active and future Helios phases, setting standards and accountability.
• Provide integrated oversight of campus-wide construction, resolving cross-phase conflicts.
• Own master schedule, monitor progress, identify threats, and direct recovery plans.
• Drive safety culture and enforce Galaxy safety standards across the campus.
