Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking a Manager of Environment Health & Safety (EHS) for the Helios data center campus in Afton, Texas. You will lead the day-to-day EHS program, ensuring regulatory compliance and training, while mentoring EHS engineers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, incident investigations, budgeting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain high safety standards and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• 3–6 years of EHS experience; 2+ years leading programs.
• US regulatory knowledge in environmental, health, and safety.
• CSP or ASP preferred; First Aid/CPR/AED and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EHS contact for Helios operations
• Develop and implement EHS standards, policies, and practices
• Directly manage and develop site EHS Engineers
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver monthly EHS metrics reports
• Lead emergency action planning and drills
• Manage site EHS budget and PPE procurement
• Communicate corrective actions and safety alerts
