Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance related field.
• Five+ years of financial institution experience; 3+ years in business lending and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for member interactions.
• Expert knowledge of business lending, deposits, treasury management products and strategies.
• Proven business development and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new member relationships through organized prospecting efforts.
• Deliver customized solutions (loans, lines of credit, treasury management).
• Ensure member satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.
• Collaborate with Credit and Operations teams and stay informed on market trends.
