Job summary

RXR, a New York-based real estate investment manager, seeks a VP to lead Atlas Building Services, a $20M+ revenue platform serving a multi-asset portfolio. The role oversees financial results, operations, labor, sales, client service, and reporting, guiding strategic growth and major decisions.

The successful candidate will bring deep commercial cleaning and facilities services experience, establishing disciplined operating practices to improve profitability, revenue, and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in commercial cleaning, janitorial services or facilities services.
• Experience managing financial and operational performance across a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience leading large hourly workforces and union environments preferred.
• Experience in sales execution, client retention, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across Atlas Building Services against budgets and plans.
• Manage budget/forecast, identify variances, implement corrective actions.
• Develop recommendations to improve revenue, margins, productivity, and profitability.
• Escalate material financial issues and drive review and decisions.
• Execute approved initiatives and track results against objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations to deliver consistent service and financial performance.
• Establish staffing models and productivity standards for buildings and services.
• Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and replacement labor; adjust as needed.
• Partner with People on employee relations and performance management.
• Drive growth through new business, existing-client expansion, and one-time services.
• Hold sales team accountable for performance; pursue penetration with tenants.
• Maintain visibility into renewals, at-risk accounts, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop business cases for pricing, new offerings, and growth opportunities.
