The role drives company-wide brokerage initiatives locally, supervising culture, systems, training, technology adoption, and operational standards under EVP guidance. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Active real estate broker license is required.
• Proven experience in brokerage management, recruiting, and agent development.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for assigned office(s).
• Execute recruiting strategies and systems in partnership with EVP.
• Track agent movement and market data; monitor competitive activity.
• Ensure smooth transitions for incoming agents with onboarding teams.
• Build a strong office culture through meetings and events.
• Partner with EVP on retention strategies and programs.
• Promote and participate in company culture initiatives.
