Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of Brand’s strategic framework and operating principles across the organization.
• Serve as trusted partner to the Global Chief Brand Officer with clear recommendations on priority decisions.
• Manage strategic planning cadence for the Office of the Global Chief Brand Officer, including priorities, reviews, milestones, and risks.
• Create decision-ready materials for senior leadership translating complex inputs into concise narratives and measures of success.
• Lead brand-wide initiatives from definition to implementation with defined scope, resourcing, and performance measures.
