Responsibilities
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance client offerings and strategic direction.
- Develop and present new business proposals that align with growth goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring market differentiation and consistency across communication channels.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic communication programs.
Skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in brand planning within a pharma agency setting
- Demonstrated success in new business development and pitch experience.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that exceed client expectations.
- Client-facing experience with C-Suite level interactions.
