Garage Beer is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead brand strategy, digital performance marketing, and retail growth. You will build a world-class marketing team, scale DTC channels, and drive nationwide retail integration while protecting the founder's creative vision.

You will partner with product, sales, and operations to ensure marketing aligns with business goals and budget discipline, in a fast-growth beer company environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 3 years in a VP/SVP level role at a fast-growth consumer goods company.
• Proven track record building brands from early stage to national retail distribution.
• Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience bridging digital native brands to traditional retail and trade marketing.

Responsabilités

• Scale the Garage Beer brand voice, identity, and positioning across consumer touchpoints.
• Plan and own integrated marketing campaigns spanning creative, digital, and retail.
• Build and scale the digital marketing engine (paid social, search, email, influencer, affiliate).
• Own ecommerce experience and end-to-end conversion funnel.
• Develop retail expansion strategies and collaborate with distributors and key accounts.
