Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Divisional Administrative Manager, a senior leader responsible for guiding branch admin strategy across Linsco and L&S, building scalable programs and driving advisor satisfaction.

You will lead AVPs and senior managers, shape career paths, and partner with executives to drive enterprise initiatives and growth while ensuring alignment with client needs and advisor requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
• Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program.
