Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Vice President, Board & Strategy Programs to lead board governance for Fidelity Charitable, Signature DAF, and related entities. You will align board strategy with FPS and Fidelity’s objectives, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality board materials and events.

The role requires guiding trustees and directors, overseeing 4–6 boards, and delivering a best-in-class board meeting experience while driving efficiency across FPS programs. Onsite work model applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years nonprofit, board leadership, and/or financial services experience.
• Executive presence to support trustees and Fidelity executives.
• Strategic relationship management experience.
• Effective project management across multiple work streams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-profile environment.
• Knowledge of Convene technology platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 boards and manage relationships with executive-level trustees.
• Plan and manage end-to-end Board meetings for Fidelity Charitable and Signature DAF.
• Coordinate calendars and deliver information for trustees to fulfill duties.
• Develop board agendas with historical practices and current strategy.
• Identify improvements for board guidelines and processes.
• Drive cross-board efficiency through program standardization and automation.
• Serve as primary contact for internal partners and trustees.
