Job summary

Fidelity Charitable seeks a Senior Manager of Estate Desk and Philanthropy to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of its estate and legacy giving programs. You will scale programs to support donors, advisors, and related parties through the estate and succession process, partnering closely with Compliance and Operations to build a sustainable operating model and enhanced donor experiences.

Reporting to a Vice President, the role balances strategic leadership with day-to-day execution,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, program management, planned giving, trust and estate administration, wealth management, or related experience.
• Experience with legacy & gift administration processes, with a focus on program building.
• Experience in structured philanthropy, such as DAFs, foundations, corporate giving institutions, and other giving-focused institutions.
• Demonstrated expertise working on new business development initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically and implement collaboratively.
• Proven ability to drive innovation in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to communicate ideas and build a plan to implement.
• Strong judgment in finding opportunities to improve programs while managing risk and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead estate and legacy strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Fidelity Charitable estate and legacy giving programs.
• Partner with Compliance to define and evolve the Estate Desk operating model, including gift intake and donor intent tracking.
• Support strategies that expand awareness, adoption, and utilization of legacy and estate giving solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships across Fidelity businesses and external collaborators to advance planned giving opportunities.
• Drive improvements to donor, advisor, executor, and beneficiary experiences while strengthening controls.
• Develop executive communications, reporting, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
