Job summary

Soteria Reinsurance Ltd. seeks a Vice President to lead Board & Strategy Programs, aligning board activities with FPS and Fidelity’s strategic objectives. You will oversee multiple boards, manage trustees and directors, and drive efficiency across governance processes.

The role requires extensive nonprofit/board leadership experience, executive presence, and strong project management. Onsite collaboration and cross-functional engagement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Extensive nonprofit, board leadership, and/or financial services experience is expected.
• Familiarity with governance platforms such as Convene is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in 4-6 boards, managing relationships with independent trustees and directors.
• Lead end-to-end planning and management of board meetings for Fidelity Charitable and Signature DAF.
• Assess deliverables in context of evolving board calendars and ensure timely information for trustees.
• Develop and maintain board agendas with recurrent items and current developments.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for board guidelines and processes.
• Oversee strategic programs, including capacity planning through automation and standardization.
• Provide feedback to presenters before meetings and post-meeting to drive improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal partners, executives, and trustees for assigned boards.
